Description:
Garador Mk4 F Type Springs
Garador MK4 F Springs are fitted within the vertical metal frame at each side of the garage door.
The springs are protected by a metal cover which can removed to gain
access for repairs. (as pictured below)
The springs have been much improved recently and now have a high impact plastic tube for greater performance.
Supplied with the top anchor pin.

How to select the correct spring for your garage door:
First identify your door style, ie, Horizon, Georgian, Chevron (use pictures below to help)
... Horizon ........... Carlton .........Georgian.......... Chevron ..........Parade ..........Salisbury
Horizon PN303 / Carlton PN307 / Georgian PN311 / Chevron PN315
Then click on the Garador Fitting 'Chart A' at bottom of page
Match your garage door size, ie, 7'0" x 6'6" and door style
Make a note of the spring code, ie, 4-402
Close the chart
Select the spring code from the drop down box at the top of the page
Example: door size: 7'6" x 6'6" / Door Style: Carlton = 4-401
Strength 1 GAR 401
Strength 2 GAR 402
Strength 4 GAR 404
Strength 5 GAR 405
Strength 7 GAR 407

this can also break at the same time!

IT IS RECOMMENDED WHEN CHANGING SPRINGS,
THAT BOTH SIDES ARE REPLACED AT THE SAME TIME,
THIS ENSURES THE DOOR IS BALANCED CORRECTLY.
IT ALSO SAVES TIME AND MONEY ON REPLACING THE
OPPOSITE SIDE A FEW WEEKS LATER!
Springs are delivered by a courier service.
