Cardale Cones, Cables and Roller Spindles Repair Kit

I have put this kit together to save money
for my customers who are wanting purchase both items!
This Kit will also repair Wessex, Apex and Wickes Garage Doors on the same system.

This Kit will fit Cardale Garage Doors that are fitting with the CD45 Mechanism.

This is easily identified by the distinctive 22mm hexagonal plastic nut to the tapered end of the cone, this nut will fit a 22mm spanner which can assist the fitting of the cones.


Cones and Cables

Fits all door sizes for the Cardale CD45 plastic cones as above.

Supplied with 2 x roll pins


Roller Spindles 158mm long

158mm - Length including wheel

148mm - Length under head of roller

12.7mm - Spindle diameter

22mm - Roller diameter

Includes star fixing washer
