I will not be shopping for these kind of items on the high street or DIY stores again as they are as much use as a chocolate teapot. They either dont sell the item I'm looking for or have no idea where I could purchase one from. I also wasted 20 pounds on a lock that did not fit from screwfix, but that was more my fault. Downloaded the fitting instructions from your site and got the cables replaced on Sun. The instructions were excellent. I agree with the comment on your site, the tool kit (tension bars, allen key, split pin punch etc) are essential people trying to do this job without the correct tools are only asking for trouble. I had been quoted 140 pounds for a company to do this job.....it cost me 22 pounds and 2 hours work! Excellent service will happily recommend GDS to anyone.
