All our products are quality checked before been dispatched. If you find any item is faulty, missing any parts or has been damaged in transit, please inform us immediately about the problem. I will exchange or refund you depending on the situation, as it is our aim to assist and help you to get your garage door working again as fast as possible!

Where possible, all orders that are in stock and that are made before 12.00 noon will be dispatched that same day.

All small items / packets upto the weight of 2kgs are sent by Royal Mail to UK Mainland Addresses and Restricted Post Codes.

We offer our the customers to choose the following Postal Services:

Paid 1st Class Royal Mail Post, delivery 24 - 48 hours (usually next day delivery)

We prioritise to make sure the 1st Class Service is shipped sameday for next day delivery!

Free 2nd Class Royal Mail Post, delivery 3+ days (can be quicker)



Parcels over 2.00kgs
(ie, Springs & Large Items)

Parcels over 2.00kgs are sent by Overnight Courier Service (usually next day delivery no extra cost) www.interlinkexpress.com

For Next Day Delivery Service all orders must of been placed by 12.00 noon. Subject to stock availability.


The Delivery of your order by Courier

Your package may arrive at any time between 8.30 am and 4.00pm.

Please supply a telephone number when ordering any larger item ie, springs this helps the Courier & speed up the delivery if problems finding the address

We can not offer any timed deliveries!

You may provide an alternative delivery address ie, works neighbours etc when ordering.

If no-one is at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, the goods will be returned to your local delivery depot and a postcard will be left requesting you to call to re-arrange delivery at a time you are in.

The Parcel will be left at the depot for 3 days, after which it will be returned to us.

When any Parcel is returned to the depot, I am also notified. I will then also try to also contact you to re-arrange delivery!

For any re-delivery once a parcel has been returned to to myself after been held at any depot for 3 days there is a surcharge of a minimum of 6.00 Pounds + any Royal Mail / Courier re-delivery costs.

Saturday deliveries: by courier (larger items) can be arranged, please be aware the charge can be very costly, please enquire for prices.
All smaller items are delivered normally by Royal Mail.

Returns:
(a) If a product is received and is faulty or has been damaged in transit please inform us straight away, we will have the item replaced for you.
(b) If any customer wishes to exchange any item all P&P shall be paid for by the customer.
(c) If a customer wishes to return an item for a refund, that they have found to be (example: wrong colour, size, shape, model and is not-faulty) all P&P & a 20% surcharge will be paid for by the customer. (surcharge covers admin charges)
(d)If the wrong Remote Control Handset is ordered for your system, we do not accept returns, as all remotes are dispatched from our suppliers.
