Returns:
(a) If a product is received and is faulty or has been damaged in transit please inform us straight away, we will have the item replaced for you.
We cannot accept returns of any faulty or damaged products if the customer has attempted to modifiy or adapt the product before informing or returning the item to us.
(b) If any customer wishes to exchange any item all P and P shall be paid for by the customer.
(c) If a customer wishes to return an item for a refund, that they have found to be (example: wrong colour, size, shape, model and is not-faulty) all postage and packing and a 20% surcharge will be paid for by the customer. (surcharge covers admin charges)
(d)If the wrong Remote Control Handset is ordered for your system, we do not accept returns, as all remotes are dispatched from our suppliers.
(e) When returning any item please include a covering letter with your name address and the date of purchase, without this information we may not be able to process your refund or replacement!
